What information do we collect about you and how?

We collect information about you when you purchase any REX Software, fill in any of the forms on our Community and Support Forum, during Software License Registration and while inquiring for support via our Customer Service Software Support Ticket System.


When you purchase REX Software, we collect your name, email address and payment information in order to provide the necessary software. A serial number (license key) is provided, which locks the purchased software to your credentials.


When you sign up on the Community Support Forum, we collect your email and IP address to provide product support.


When you inquire for support via our Customer Service Software Support Ticket System, we inquire and collect your full name, email address and product license key to provide product support.


When you install and register REX Software, we collect your name, email address and license key to prevent unauthorized

usage of our software and licenses.

IP addresses

An IP or Internet Protocol Address is a unique numerical address assigned to a computer as it logs on to the internet. Your IP address is logged when visiting our Community and Support Forum in order to verify unauthorized access.


How will we use the information about you and why?

At REX Game Studios, LLC. we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the Services you have requested from us. We will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies so that they may offer you their products and services.


Security precautions in place about data collected

When you give us personal information, we take steps to make sure that it’s treated securely.
